Departure by 11.00am

We are a quiet family-friendly site and request that guests respect that music and noise levels be kept to a minimum after 10.00pm.

Please leave your pitch clean and tidy and in the same condition as when you arrived.

The number of people must not exceed the number stated when the booking was made except by prior arrangement. If the number of people in your booking changes please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you all.

Day Visitors - All day guests need pre approval by ourselves. We allow a maximum of 2 day visitors per pitch whom must vacate the site by 7.30pm.

Dogs - We welcome dogs and ask that you tell us at the time of booking if you wish to bring a dog. Please observe the following simple rules:

• Dogs are to be kept on leads in the site at all times
• No dangerous breed dogs are allowed on site
• Please ensure that all fouling is cleared up
• Do not leave dogs alone in the site at any time
• Guests must ensure that your pets are free from parasites and fleas before your stay

Groups - We are a small family friendly site, all group bookings need pre-approval by ourselves.

Booking and Payment - Bookings will be reserved once we have received your deposit. We request 50% deposit at time of booking and the remaining 50% one month prior to arrival.

Refunds - A 50% non-refundable deposit is taken upon booking. If you have paid the full amount upon booking, 50% of the payment (excluding a 50% deposit) will be refunded when your booking is cancelled more than 1 month before arrival. Refunds are not available for cancellations less than 1 month before arrival.

COVID-19 - Please do not attend if you are feeling unwell and follow government guidelines at all times.

COVID-19 Related Refunds - We will follow all government guidelines for COVID-19 related issues, therefore if you are unable to attend due to lockdown in your postcode area or we are unable to open, we will transfer you to a new date if possible or provide a full refund. Cancellation due to self-isolation, normal terms apply.

Damage to the site - You will be responsible for the cost of any damage you or your party cause to the site.

Complaints - If you have a problem or complaint, please contact us immediately and give us the opportunity to resolve it.

We can accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to goods, or injury or death to persons, to the extent that such liability can be lawfully excluded. Cars, cycles, electronic devices, vehicles, motor caravans, together with their contents and any accessories are left at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any loss of or damage from or to any vehicle or its contents.
